STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Periodised structured training blocks specifically goal based focusing on the big compound lifts – all aspects of Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.

Accessory exercises are a focus in each session ending with a Metcon conditioning finisher to improve your overall work capacity and Vo2Max.

Our classes provide the opportunity to regress or progress around any injuries or mobility restrictions based on all fitness levels whether you have a strong fitness background or you are just starting out.

BOXING

We have three different styles of boxing class here at PWR.

These all have different focuses. Some focus on building endurance, others focus on improving technique.

BOXING

A mix of bag work, pad work, and drills.

Drills can be anything from footwork, partner work, how to use body language to set up certain combos and plenty in between!

PWR BOXING

Want a good push to your cardio and endurance? This one’s for you!

Again, more pad work and bag work, but with the assault bikes, rowers, SkiErgs, running, and anything else that gets those lungs gasping for air.

ADVANCED BOXING

This is for those who have the fundamentals right and are looking to advance their skills.

In this class we throw in some more technical drills and a small amount of light shoulder sparring. *mouthguard optional

MAT PILATES AT PWR

SATURDAY MORNINGS AT 8:45AM

Our Mat Pilates Class will have you feeling mobile, relaxed and provide a balanced workout with a guaranteed abdominal and gluteal burn! 🔥 It’s a great way to slow things down and start your weekend.

The class involves a mixture of:

  • Mobility work, focusing on the spine, hips, hamstrings, and hip flexors ensuring to build control through your full range.

  • Stability and strengthening, targeting the glutes, abdominals, and postural upper back muscles.

  • Balance to improve your foot stability.

  • Relaxation to finish so you’re prepared for the weekend!

ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR

The class is run by Féline, a Physiotherapist from Life Ready Physio in Warwick. Féline has over 10 years’ experience teaching Pilates and has completed over 500 hours of Pilates training. She is very passionate about encouraging an active lifestyle no matter what your fitness level or age and keeping active while managing injuries. Through her Physiotherapy knowledge she can cater to all levels and adapt exercises around injuries or restrictions.

Feline commenced Pilates training to compliment her own strength and conditioning training and has found this personally invaluable to enhance her overall performance and reduce the risk of injury or overtraining.

YOGA AT PWR

Yoga is a mind and body practice that can build strength, balance and flexibility. It can also help manage pain, reduce stress and promotes relaxation. Our classes combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation which aim to create union between mind, body and spirit. Accessible for all levels and all bodies.

Amber is a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor with a mission to help others discover the transformative power of yoga. Originally drawn to yoga 10 years ago - Amber is committed to guiding you on your journey to physical and mental well-being.

Ambers yoga journey began with a simple desire for physical fitness, but over the years, it has evolved into a deep spiritual practice that nourishes both body and soul. As well as a yoga instructor Amber is also a massage therapist plus a reiki & sound healer. She believes that yoga is a holistic path to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. Through mindful movement, breath work, and meditation, she aims to inspire students to cultivate a sense of balance, inner peace and self awareness.

PRE & POST NATAL TRAINING

Our Mums and Bubs classes welcome all Pre and Post-Natal levels to attend.

Our qualified coaches will guide you back to your desired style of training safely and effectively.

A mixture of pelvic floor and abdominal exercises allow mums to return to exercise surrounded by a network of support.

Bubs up to 12 months are welcome to attend with you.

THE NITTY GRITTY

You can book into your chosen classes up to 7 days in advance. We encourage you to do this so you can set yourself up for a successful week of training and most importantly, hold yourself accountable.

To be fair to the rest of the PWR crew, if you cancel your spot in a class less than 5 hours before, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

Classes not your thing?

The PWR team offer Personal Training sessions and packages.

Through Personal Training, your training sessions can be completely tailored to suit your fitness level, goals and other preferences.
