Whether you're chasing a new PB or just trying to keep up with your kids, you'll find your place here. There’s no intimidation, judgment or posing for mirror selfies between sets.

Our coaches will push you as hard as you want to be pushed. The programming is there to challenge you. But so is the support, the encouragement, and the understanding that everyone's version of “going hard” looks different.

The PWR PT Intro Pack is a four-week intro for anyone who feels a bit unsure about jumping straight into classes. If you’re nervous, out of practice, or just want to feel confident before stepping into Strength & Conditioning, this is where you should start with us.

You’ll work one-on-one with one of our coaches, learn the key movements, and get a feel for how our classes run. This pack is designed to build your confidence, and feel comfortable in our space - so you know you’re capable before joining the group.
